Increasing the adaptability and competitiveness of Romanian industry employees through continuous training in ITC, new technology transfer, environmental protection and pollution control
This project involves an investment of EUR 1.5 million in developing the skills and knowledge of managers in the Romanian industry. 1,100 middle and top-level managers of the Romanian industry will benefit from continuous vocational training in ITC, new technology transfer, environmental protection and pollution control in the 3 years of project implementation.
To meeting needs of the target group better, project implementaion will be made according to the following steps:
- Training needs analysis of target
- Customizing offered courses according to identified needs
- Delivering the courses to target-group
- Dissemination of information on continuous vocational training program and project results.
Project is co-financed by European Social Fund through Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007-2013.
The first trainng sessions will be held from October to December 2011.
Courses will be accredited by NATB (National Adult Training Board) and participants will be able to sit a brief examination in order to achieve a NATB certification.
