Maximally decentralized management, necessary centralization only: on this principle the fundamental power of combination of Steinbeis enterprises is based. Our organization is reposed on the principle of decentralization, centers, which are the smallest structural units, operate under control of their heads in the form of transfer, consultation or research and development centers, transfer institutions or limited liability companies. At the same time, Steinbeis structure of organization is conditioned by factors, specified by uniform normative legal documents. Such joint application of an entrepreneur’s personal responsibility and a fundamental guideline, leads to achievement and continuous assurance of our company’s success.
